Boys XC Tryouts are scheduled for Tuesday the 27th at 5:00 pm and Wednesday the 28th at 4:00 pm at the AHS Track
Tue 8/27 5:00 7,6,4 “Time Trials”
4 laps, Form Drills. 4-6 Striders.
A: 4 x 1600m Repeats.
B: 2-3 x 1600m Repeats.
C: 1 x 600m Time Trial.
Wed 8/28 4:00 8,6,5 “Time Trials”
Core. 4 x Starts, 4 x 200m Build Up’s.
