Coach Jeff Wells was a three-sport athlete in high school and remains a lifelong competitive runner, earning National Class age grades in the 3-mile, 5k, and 10k distances. Coach Wells began his coaching career at the youth level for the West Valley Eagles Track Club before moving on to coach at the high school level. Coach Wells began coaching at Agoura High School in 2013 and has since helped coach the Agoura Boys Cross Country team to three League Championships, one Southern Section Championship, and five State Championship appearances, including State Runner-Up and State 3^rd Place finishes. Coach Wells’ relatives are High School National Cross Country Champions, Colin and Aaron Sahlman.
